Reservation Guidelines

* FIRST TIME CLIENTS

Please book your intial appointment with me at least two days in advance.  A deposit of  $200 is due with your reservation to make it valid.  I accept paypal as well as all major credit cards.

*RETURNING CLIENTS

Returning customers can book an appointment with a reduced deposit, as a courtesy to let you know how much I appreciate you!  This pre-booking fee is $150.  Please remember that reservation fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancelation - please see terms and conditions.

Returning customers are welcome to book on the same day, with as little as six hours notice, but please note I cannot guarantee availablity for last-minute requests. 

 It is helpful if you call ahead to make your request by phone.  Please note that  there is an additional surcharge of $200 for last minute appointmentts and this must be paid with your reservation fee.  Both are  non-refundable if you cancel.

*RESCHEDULING AND REFUNDS

If I am unable to make the appointment for any reason, a prompt refund will be given.  This is done via computer and takes up to three business days to process.  It will show up as a credit on your next billing statement.

If you have to cancel a session, you can make it up if you book another session within 7 days.  There is no cancellation fee if you cancel within 72 hours of your appointmentt.

* A deposit for reservations of 50% is required for first-time clients.  Returning clients may make reservations  with a 30% deposit.  Regular customers do not  require a deposit.

* Deposits can be made via any major crredit card or through paypal.
